Policies & Disclaimers
We keep things simple and fair. Please review the following policies before your stay — including check-in, cancellation, pets, and our swimming pool closure, along with our privacy and cookie practices. If anything is unclear, call us at (626) 449-1122 and we’ll be happy to help.
Check-In & General Policy
Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card at check-in. The name on the identification must match the name on the reservation and the credit card provided.
A credit card may be required for payment authorization, security deposit, incidental charges, or any additional fees that may occur during the stay. Cash payments may be accepted at the property's discretion, but a valid photo ID and credit card may still be required for check-in.
All special requests — including early check-in, late check-out, specific room location, room type preferences, extra towels, additional guests, or accessibility requests — are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on the request.
Guests must comply with all property policies at check-in and throughout their stay. The property reserves the right to refuse check-in or cancel a reservation if valid identification, payment, or required deposit cannot be provided.
Check-in requirements, deposits, fees, and availability are subject to change based on property policy, reservation type, and occupancy.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations or modifications made within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund. In this case, the property will charge 100% of the full reservation total, plus any applicable taxes and fees.
No-shows are subject to the same charge: if a guest does not arrive for a confirmed reservation, the property will charge 100% of the full reservation total, plus any applicable taxes and fees.
The property reserves the right to charge the card on file in accordance with these reservation terms.
Pet Policy
Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Small pets may be accepted at the property's discretion, but they must be disclosed and present at check-in for approval. Guests are responsible for informing the front desk of any pets staying in the room before keys are issued.
Only the pet or pets disclosed and approved at check-in are permitted. Any additional, undisclosed, or unapproved pets found on the property or in the guest room may result in additional charges, pet fees, cleaning fees, or other applicable surcharges.
Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times, including any noise, disturbance, damage, extra cleaning, or policy violations caused during the stay. The property reserves the right to refuse or revoke pet approval if the animal creates a disturbance, poses a safety concern, or violates property rules.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool at La Casa Inn Pasadena is closed. It is not available for swimming, wading, sunbathing, or any other recreational use by guests or visitors, and we do not have a reopening date at this time.
We understand this is disappointing, particularly for guests travelling with family, and we apologise for it. The pool area is not part of the accommodation offered with any reservation, and no rate includes pool access. Photographs on this website and on third-party travel sites may show the pool as it appeared previously; those images are not a representation that it is open.
Guests are asked not to enter the pool area. If you have questions before booking, or would like suggestions for nearby recreation, please call the front desk at (626) 449-1122 and we will be glad to help.
